In accordance with the continuous commitment of Italia-Nigeria Agenzia per il Commercio, l’Industria, le Attività Minerarie e l’Agricoltura (hereinafter INACIAMA) to offer the best service to its users and customers, INACIAMA wants to respond in the best possible way the requirements of the new European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In particular, INACIAMA has adapted the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy to make them clearer and more transparent and to get the new rights that the Regulation guarantees you. Privacy protection

INACIAMA, based in via Santa Giustina, 11, Vò (Padua), Italy, is the Data Controller of the personal data collected on this site pursuant to and for the purposes of EU Regulation 679/2016 (hereinafter GDPR ).

Pursuant to the GDPR, INACIAMA, as Data Controller of personal data, is required to provide you with specific information regarding the purposes and methods of processing your data, to the subjects to whom they may be communicated and the rights you enjoy as an interested party in relation to management of personal data.

The personal data that INACIAMA collects

Data are processed in compliance with the principles of their confidentiality, integrity and availability, manually and electronically, with the aid of electronic tools and stored both on computer and paper supports, or on any other type of suitable support and they may be kept even after the expiry of the contract for the fulfilment of all related obligations. The Data Controller will process personal data for the time necessary to fulfil the aforementioned purposes.

Nature of the conferment and consequences of possible rejection

For any promotional activities and purposes, any refusal to give consent has no negative consequences on the provision of services related to the contract with INACIAMA.

Scope of communication and dissemination (who can access your personal data)

The employees of INACIAMA (and any collaborators) may become aware of your personal data, as persons in charge and / or data processors, exclusively in relation to the tasks they perform and the purposes expressed above.

They may also become aware of your personal data, as external managers, some specific categories of subjects external to our company, always for purposes related to the execution of obligations deriving from existing work relationships.

Your rights

INACIAMA guarantees that you can exercise the rights pursuant to art. 12 of the GDPR. In particular, you have the right:

  • to know if the Data Controller holds and / or processes personal data relating to your person and to access it in full, also by obtaining a copy (Article 15 Right to access);
  • the correction of inaccurate personal data or the integration of incomplete personal data (Article 16 Right of rectification);
  • to the cancellation of personal data held by the Data Controller if one of the reasons provided for by the GDPR exists (Right to Cancellation, 17);
  • to ask the Data Controller to limit the processing to only some personal data, if one of the reasons provided for by the Regulation exists (Article 18 Right to limit the processing);
  • to request and receive all your personal data processed by the owner, in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device or to request transmission to another owner without hindrance (Article 20, Right to Portability);
  • to object in whole or in part to the processing of data for the purpose of sending advertising material and market research (so-called Consent) (Article 21 Right to object);
  • to object in whole or in part to the processing of data in automatic or semi-automatic mode for profiling purposes (so-called Consent).

Furthermore, you always have the right to lodge a complaint with the Authority for the Protection of Personal Data, which can be contacted at garante@gpdp.it or through the website http://www.gpdp.it.
